Frequently asked
What does club access cost?
Nothing for the clubs asking now – you go on the list and start free of charge. Clubs joining later get a trial period and a paid plan after that. If anything changes for you, we will tell you first and you decide again.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term and no notice period. If it doesn't work for you, tell us and we close the access.
Who at the club can get in touch?
Anyone. Coach, team manager, head of department or board member. We work out who gets the access on the call.
How does contact with a player work?
Only through the app and only about the sport. For players under 16, communication goes through their parents or guardians. That is set out in section 3.3 of our terms and applies to every club.
How much work is it for us?
None on an ongoing basis. You look at the talent feed when you are searching. There is nothing you have to maintain or post regularly.
Why is access limited?
We want to look after the first clubs personally and learn what you actually need. That only works with a manageable number.
What happens after we get in touch?
We come back to you and work out on a short call whether it is a fit. Then we set up the access.
