About us
We make talent visible.
TalentOne is an app from Dreieich, Germany. Young footballers show what they can do with the ball, and scouts and clubs find them.
How it started
One no is not a verdict.
It all started in the stands of a sports hall. We were sitting there as scouts, watching. And we asked ourselves one question: why is this player being seen today? Because someone invited us. Because we had time that evening. Because he happens to play in this hall. It has little to do with him.
Today there is an app for almost everything. Only the player is still waiting. He waits for the right person to watch by chance. But why? He can show himself instead.
And not just to one scout. To many. One scout sees a clip and says no. The next one sees the same clip and says yes. If only one is watching, that no is the verdict. If many are watching, it is an opinion.
That is what we build. And we still sit in the same stands. One of us scouts for Bundesliga club FSV Mainz 05. What we build, we use ourselves.
